We help leaders build what matters and make sure it lasts.
Healthy outcomes take time.
Some of our most valuable lessons about business didn't come from a boardroom. They came from spending time around vineyards, learning the craft of winemaking, and living on a cattle farm. While those environments may seem worlds apart from consulting and organizational leadership, they share a common reality: healthy outcomes take time.
Strong foundations matter. Systems matter. Stewardship matters. Whether you're cultivating grapes, managing livestock, or leading a growing organization, the best results are usually built through intentional effort over time; not quick fixes.
Our Founder
A story rooted in growth, complexity, and change.
My experience spans enterprise consulting, operational leadership, human resources, organizational design, governance, and business operations. I've worked inside large corporate environments where process, controls, risk management, and scalability are critical, and I've worked alongside founders and leadership teams who are trying to build something meaningful while balancing the realities of growth.
Over the years, I've found that organizational challenges rarely exist in isolation. Sometimes the problem is strategy. Sometimes it's execution. Sometimes it's structure, accountability, communication, or leadership alignment. More often than not, the symptoms show up in one area while the root cause lives somewhere else.
I believe leaders need a clear understanding of what's actually driving the challenges they're experiencing. Only then can they build the right systems, strengthen the right areas, and create sustainable results.
Through 4|17 Partners, I help leaders strengthen the operational foundations of their organizations by bringing clarity to strategy, people, processes, accountability, and execution. My goal isn't to make businesses more corporate. It's to help them become healthier, stronger, and more sustainable.

Our Core Values
Work with One Hand; Guard with the Other
We build while remaining vigilant. Growth and protection happen simultaneously, not sequentially.
Courageous Alignment
We address people and cultural issues directly by bringing clarity, honesty, and alignment where dysfunction exists.
Faithful Stewardship
We treat every organization as something entrusted, not something to exploit. We act with long-term responsibility, not short-term gain.
Strength in Structure
We believe strong systems create strong outcomes. Structure is not a constraint, it is what enables scale.
Purposeful Execution
We act with intention, not reaction. Every decision and action is aligned to a defined objective.
Why 4|17?
As the people rebuilt the walls of Jerusalem, they worked with one hand while guarding with the other. Reflecting the true reality of leadership.
Building something meaningful requires vision, effort, and growth, but it also requires protecting what has been entrusted to you.
